Overview

The program renewal process ensures that all accredited programs maintain compliance with current standards and continue to meet the evolving needs of the industry. This streamlined process is designed to be efficient while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Complete the Renewal Form: Fill out all required information including program details and contact information.
Select Program Duration: Choose the appropriate fee category based on your program’s total contact hours.
Indicate Changes: Specify whether substantive changes have been made to your program since the last renewal.
Upload Documentation: If changes have been made, you will be prompted to upload your updated program documentation.
Submit Payment: Complete the secure payment process to finalize your renewal.

File Upload Requirement

Important: If you select that substantive changes have been made to your program, a file upload field will automatically appear. You must upload your updated program documentation before proceeding to payment.

Acceptable file formats include PDF, Word documents (.doc, .docx), and text files. Ensure your documentation is complete and reflects all changes made to the program.

Types of Substantive Changes

The following modifications are considered substantive changes that require documentation review:

Curriculum and Content Changes:

  • Addition, removal, or significant modification of course content
  • Changes to learning objectives or outcomes
  • Alteration of program sequence or prerequisites
  • Modification of clinical or practical training requirements

Structural and Administrative Changes:

  • Changes in program duration or contact hours
  • Modification of faculty qualifications or teaching assignments
  • Changes to admission requirements or selection criteria
  • Alteration of graduation or completion requirements

Facility and Resource Changes:

  • Relocation of program or training facilities
  • Changes to laboratory equipment or clinical resources
  • Modification of library or learning resources
  • Changes in institutional partnerships or affiliations

Short-term Programs 20 hours or less $375.00
Extended Programs More than 20 hours $500.00

All fees are non-refundable and must be paid at the time of submission. Payment is processed securely through our integrated payment system.
